About Me
Hi there, I'm Natalie!
I'm a Games Art Lecturer at Teesside University, where I’ve spent the last four years helping students bring their creative visions to life. Specialising in Maya and ZBrush, I focus on guiding aspiring games artists through both the technical and artistic sides of their craft.
My first degree took place at Teesside University, where I studied Animation and VFX, which I graduated with First Class with Honours. Taking my study further I completed a Masters degree in Animation and Digital Effects at Sheffield Hallam University, graduating with a Merit.
While working on a Level 7 PGCE, I taught at Rotherham College (Levels 1-3), and furthered this study by completing a PgCLTHE to teach in Higher Education.
At Teesside University, I have successfully taught hundreds of students throughout their academic journeys and guided others through additional responsibilities such as Disability Coordinator. I have also previously helped organise events such as Hello World, an event meant to inspire girls and encourage study within STEM.
